My dad bought my first pack of cards in 1983 and I was immediately hooked.  I was always intrigued by the small tobacco cards of Ty Cobb, Honus Wagner, and Christy Mathewson; however, those cards were a bit pricey for a 9 year old.  Eventually, I broadened my horizons and purchased my first vintage card.  The rest is history.
